POLICIES + HEALTH SAFETY

I am a licensed esthetician for the state of Illinois. I maintain the highest level of sanitation and safety measures for my clients, so you can experience your service with complete confidence.

• All services are by appointment only.
To keep appointments running smoothly for everyone, please arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened service. I’m unable to take walk-ins.

• Cancellations & No-Shows
I kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments missed or canceled within 24 hours will be charged the full service amount. After three late-notice cancellations or no-shows within a calendar year, I will need to decline future appointment requests.

• Illness Policy
If you’re currently sick or recovering from a viral illness, please wait until you’ve been fully well for at least 5 days before scheduling or keeping an appointment. For the health and safety of all clients, I may need to refuse service if signs of infectious illness are present.

• Age Requirement
I provide services to clients 18 and older.

• Child-Free Environment
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, I kindly ask that infants and young children not be brought to appointments.

• Spa Etiquette
Please keep voices low while in the spa and silence your cell phone to help maintain a tranquil environment for everyone.

• Retail Returns
Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

• Gift Certificates
Due to my full schedule, I’m not offering gift certificates at this time. Expired gift certificates cannot be accepted.

• Policy Updates
Policies and prices may change over time, though I always do my best to provide at least 30 days notice of any updates.
